We produced a documentary for international audiences exploring the world of Kuma Shochu in the Kuma Valley, Kumamoto. Through three immersive tours—Discovery, Kuma Valley, and Jouryu—viewers gain rare access to distilleries over 350 years old, ageing rooms, and the brewing process. The film captures the spirit of the region, its natural beauty, and the craftsmanship behind Japan’s oldest distilled liquor.
