In 2010, traveled to Australia and New Zealand on a working holiday visa, later relocating to New Plymouth, New Zealand. While working as an Italian chef, began learning photography in personal time, and in 2018 became an independent freelance photographer. After that, signed a contract as an exclusive photographer on an American cruise ship, visiting approximately 50 countries in total. In 2021, returned to Japan due to COVID-19, encountered Yakushima, and was deeply inspired by its people and natural environment, leading to the decision to relocate there. In June 2025, in the 8th year of freelance activity, established Island Films Inc.

With 20 years of experience as a hairstylist, she specializes in head spa treatments. At Island Films, I am mainly responsible for hair & makeup and art direction. I dream of opening a head spa salon in Yakushima in the future. After falling in love with Onomae Onsen, I decided to relocate to the island, where I continues to explore a lifestyle rooted in nature and well-being.

Left the jockey training program at the Japan Racing Association school and began professional experience in the fishing industry before graduating from the Department of Environmental Design at Kyoto University of the Arts. Founded East China Sea Small Islands Brand Co., Ltd. in 2012, leading place-based business and regional design initiatives under the mission of “cultivating local identity and landscape.” Work focuses on revitalizing small-scale communities and implementing sustainable regional models.Founding representative of the Kagoshima Remote Islands Cultural & Economic Zone (28 islands) and Representative Director of the General Incorporated Foundation Kagoshima Islands Fund.
